It was like Christmas yesterday!!

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate my sisters on twoweekwait.com and here in the blogging community. You have all been there for me through the good times and bad. You’ve been such an amazing support to me over the past few years. I have met some really genuine, caring, supportive people. Back when I learned that we may need a surrogate or other options, there were ladies actually rallying to donate funds to me. I still have that money saved, and we will keep adding to it. I’ve always had a virtual shoulder to cry on, someone to listen when others don’t understand, meds donated to me, and great advice and assistance from you all. Every comment, message, prayer, or positive thought means a lot to me. Thanks for always coming through for me!

One of my twoweekwait.com sisters, Paula [ptcruzer80], reached out to me recently. She is finally pregnant after 5 years of infertility through IVF!! She saw my blog post about acupuncture, fertility massage, and other natural treatments, so she sent me a message offering fertility yoga DVDs. I was so surprised and grateful just that she would think of me and want to help. Little did I know that she was planning to send a bunch of goodies to me! 😀

I checked the mail when I got home yesterday, thinking there would be a small box there. Nothing was there. I walked into the house to see a huge box sitting on the kitchen table! My jaw dropped! Andy couldn’t wait to see what was in there, too! 🙂

Inside the box was 2 yoga DVDs, yoga balls, 2 books for naturopathic/fertility cures, pregnancy tests, ovulation tests, and a really sweet hand-written card! I almost cried! I was so blown away! I had the biggest smile on my face! Thank you Paula!! You are too kind! I plan to put everything to good use and pass it on, if I can, to help others.

These fertility balls look really neat!

There’s even a video for partners – can’t wait to have Andy try it! 😉

My first infertility cookbook!

Oh, how I LOVE Wondfos! Yay!

  1. What a lovely and thoughtful gift! 🙂 People don’t realize how much these little things can mean to someone.. especially if you were having a particularly hard day/week. Some times you just have to hold on to these wonderful moments in life. 🙂

  3. Oh my! That is SO incredibly sweet. What do you think of the fertility ball. I haven’t heard of one of those before. …and the fertility cookbooks…are you learning anything new? I’m so glad you have so much support. What a BLESSING!

    • I know, right?! 🙂 I’m excited to get started with everything. I was pretty busy the past few days, but I’m going to delve into it all tonight 🙂
