I need a miracle everyday

There have been quite a few wonderful miracle stories lately! These stories have really inspired me and boosted my mood!

http://travsrandomramblings.blogspot.com  After 3 years of TTC, 1 miscarriage, male factor infertility, endometriosis — and they JUST ADOPTED — they got a natural BFP! On her 30th birthday no less!!! She and her family are such good people. I couldn’t be happier for them!!

http://613bittersweet.blogspot.com   After 4 years of TTC, 2 miscarriages, endometriosis, MTHRFR, and several treatment cycles — BFP via IVF #1!!

Another one of my twoweekwait.com ladies, SooniHope, has been pregnant 5 times in the past 2 years — and it looks like she has a take home baby at last!!

And I just know that my dear friend, unaffected, is going to get her BFP after 4.5 years of infertility with her first FET! Her transfer is tomorrow (Friday), so please wish her luck!! http://unaffectedbyyou.blogspot.com

Sometimes pregnancy announcements are difficult and overwhelming. But how can you not draw hope from these ladies?! 🙂 Right now, I’m focusing on the GOOD instead of the bad, as hard as that can be sometimes. I’ve been gradually starting to feel so much better over the past week or so.

What has helped me lately is laughter! I watch funny shows or movies, and I look for hilarious memes online (try memebase.com or icanhazcheeseburger). I’ve been exercising more often and just bumped up my Vitamin D to 5,000 units to help my mood. I’ve been reading and also re-igniting my passion for writing. All of these things have made a big difference.

  1. It’s nice to see so many people getting good news, isn’t it? Our time is coming too! I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling better. It’s so important to give ourselves all the support that we can during all of this, and to make sure we keep doing the things that help.

  2. Thank you so much, Lisa. I am so grateful for my BFP and my miracle…I know we aren’t out of the woods yet, but I am grateful for every moment that I am able to say I am pregnant. Lisa, I just know God has a miracle in store for you. I don’t know why I feel so strongly about this, but I just have a feeling your miracle is coming soon. I never stop praying for your miracle!! And don’t ever forget just how inspirational you are to us all. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.

  3. Your time WILL come too. I pray for your miracle all the time. I still cant believe this! Thank you for being such a great friend and supporter!!

And the adoption is final yet, will be in april. But he does live with us. Praying our miracle doesnt affect his adoption!!!

  4. What wonderful miracles!! I LOVE the inspiration from those who have been through IF and overcome it. It’s still hard to hear because it’s still not yourself BUT it does give hope and I would rather see my IF gals get preggo than anyone else lol. I found hope from those who had been TTC longer and been through more. It kept me going : ).
