Discrimination!

I am so unbelievably upset and outraged right now!!!!!!!!!!!
My boss says my absences are excessive and disruptive to our clinic! She gave me an official verbal warning today! She better check her f*ing facts because she can’t fire me for medical reasons!!!!!! I told her that she can’t fire me, and that I’ll fill out FMLA paperwork if needed. She said she was “pretty sure” that if it’s disruptive to the workplace, she could fire me!! WTF?!
